We offer two fulfillment methods: Self Pick-up from our bakery and Home Delivery within our serviceable areas in Mumbai.
🏪 Self Pick-up
- Pick up from: Sita Ram Compound, Aplite Green Stone, Office No. 1, 2nd Floor, F Wing Commercial, opp. Haj House, near CST Station, Crawford Market, Mumbai 400001
- Operating hours: Sunday–Friday, 12–7 PM | Saturday: Closed
- Please select your preferred date and time slot when ordering.
- Bring your order confirmation number to collect your order.
🚴 Home Delivery
- Delivery is available within Mumbai city limits (selected areas).
- Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
- A minimum order value may apply for delivery orders.
- Estimated delivery time: 1–3 hours from order confirmation (subject to availability).
Processing Time
- Standard orders: Ready within 2–4 hours of confirmation.
- Custom / celebration cakes: Require at least 24–48 hours advance notice. Please contact us before placing.
- Large or bulk orders may require additional preparation time.
Delivery Conditions
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. We cannot be held responsible if no one is present to receive the order.
- Deliveries are attempted once. If undelivered due to customer unavailability, no refund will be issued.

Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can track your order status in the "Your Orders" section of your account on our app.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
