- Custom or special orders may require advance notice of at least 24–48 hours.
2. Pricing

- Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout and vary by location.
3. Payment
- We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
- Payment must be completed before order preparation begins (for online orders).
- In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed. Please retry or contact us.
4. Pickup & Delivery
- Self-pickup orders must be collected within the selected time slot. Uncollected orders may be cancelled without refund.
- Delivery is available within our serviceable areas. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Undelivered orders will not be refunded unless the error is on our part.
5. Allergies & Dietary Information
- Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and other common allergens.
- We cannot guarantee any product is entirely free from allergens. Please contact us directly for specific dietary concerns before ordering.
